Why are my hands shaking?

So it's Saturday, and after the usual dance of early morning "meh, I might as well crawl out of bed and take care of some necessities" activities, I decided to call it and just get up. I've got a lot going on in life right now, so I start puttering with that and open Warcraft in the background. And as usual on Saturdays, I notice that the Northrend Fishing Derby is in about 10 minutes.
Kharisa has awesome fishing skills, a direct port to Dalran, and No. Freaking. Luck. EVAR.
But what the hell, right?
I log into the Badlands, use the argent tabard to port to Northrend, and fly down to the Tundra. I find I had enough time to gather some bloody pools in the Nessingwary lackey area (although that doesn't seem to matter), and I find as the derby starts I've been sitting idle when I could've been putting a bauble on my fishing pole. -_-;
Brilliant start.
I was "Clever" and started with the natural fishing pool first, so of course by the time I've fished that out, the bloody pools I've spawned have mostly disappeared. Nothing much comes out of them anyways. Another brilliant move, and makes me feel like this whole thing is a ridiculously quixotic farce. But since I'm in a decent area, a quick mounted hop has me at another pool.
And another. And another. It's 8 minutes in, and I've usually seen someone do the turn in by now, so what the hell. Oh, and Quindar got up, so I should prolly stop this and see that we actually eat a real breakfast instead of pop-tarts again but ok, he's sitting down to e-mail and the like, so it's not like I need to do this -
Wait. That wasn't a fish I recognize. Check bags - A blacktip shark? WAIT, IS THAT WHAT I NEED? I don't recall it's been so long it's not like i read the yell anymore fuck it HEARTH HEARTH HEARTH NOW OH GOD why is the loading screen so long just wait by the time I get there someone will have turned it in just you wait I won't even have seen the yell and holding down the "W" key isn't going to make this load faster -
AH HAH! RUNRUNRUN MOUNT ARG someone's standing in front of the quest giver oh NO I'm too LATE turn in anyways complete com- wHY are you asking me to choose a reward I don't know left one-!
