norcumiKharisa finally went and kicked Arthas in the teeth. Awww, yeah. She's finally feeling a bit... satisfied.
Wow, I do not like raids. I can't tell a damn thing that's going on, even if there's a mob chewing off faces unless it's mine. I haven't dared open recount, since I figured I'd be at the bottom of the postings. In my defense, I seemed to be the only n00b, and it was laggy as all get out. I also spent rather a lot of time eating floor. ::shrugs::
I also hate people. Well, no, just my god, the way folks kept asking if/when we were going to do heroic mode (many of us didn't qualify, yours truly included), or could they have the shards... please :) - every. single. time. Mostly, everyone seemed to have entitlement issues. Still. Good experience to try, and then never, ever again. Even though I did spend the last... third? Quarter? of the Lich King fight dead. The mechanics of the fight left me with a bad taste in my mouth, since there's so much deus ex machina involved. The players can't be expected to defeat the forces of extreme evil all by themselves, after all. :-/
