i wish i'd had my shit together enough to say that i was leaving for somewhere else. i'm not sure what difference it would have actually made, but somehow it feels like that might have made things go better. somehow.

Was there are particular reason that you decided to leave, or you just did because you had to?

It's... complicated. I've been there 5 and a half years, and this is the only thing on my resume. The atmosphere's changed from when I started, and the place I'm working at now is not the place I wanted to work at when I started - and that's just normal evolution at work. Stuff like that. I'm ready to move on is the biggest thing, I think.
