I don't think you can ignore people cross-realm, or you'd run into problems with accidentally ignoring the toon on your own realm that had the same name... :)

Yeah, I guess he figured he'd failed at healing so he'd try tanking instead. Bear in mind this was a low level toon - I ran into him first in RFC and then in SFK - and paladins at that low don't really do great at either role. Even so, skill and sense can make up for a lot, and he had NEITHER. XD
